General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the sale of products on the mylovelyjewellerey website, via the link: mylovelyjewellery.com. Published by Justine Menneret – Sole Proprietor, SIRET: 992 776 393 00017, whose registered office is located at 18 Rue Louis Armand 7410o Annemasse.

2. Products
The products offered are described and presented as accurately as possible.
However, slight differences may exist between the photos and the actual product (particularly due to screen settings or handcrafted manufacturing).

3. Prices
The prices displayed on the website are in Dollars and include all taxes (VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code).
Any delivery costs are indicated before the order is confirmed.
mylovelyjewellery reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced on the basis of the price in force at the time of the order.

4. Order
The customer can place an order on the website https://www.mylovelyjewellery.com.fr.
All orders imply acceptance of these T&Cs and are binding on the customer upon confirmation and payment.
After confirmation, a confirmation email is sent to the address provided by the customer.

5. Payment
Payments are 100% secure thanks to our partners :

  • Shopify Payments / Stripe / PayPal / [other methods]
  • We accept the following cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.


The payment is debited immediately after confirmation.

6. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the carrier selected.
Average delivery times :

  • USA: [X to X business days]
  • Europe / International: [X to X business days]

7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

To exercise this right, simply send a request by email to :contact.mylovelyjewellery@gmail.com.
Products must be returned new, unused, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.
Refunds will be made within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the returned product.


⚠️ The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Personalized products
  • Opened hygiene or cosmetic products
  • Digital downloads

9. Warranty
The products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code).
In the event of a defective product, the customer may request an exchange or refund.

10. Liability
Mylovelyjewellery cannot be held liable for damage resulting from misuse of the purchased product.

11. Personal data
The information collected is necessary for processing orders and is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Applicable law
These T&Cs are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
