1. Return period
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item if it does not suit you.
After this period, no returns will be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following requirements :

  • Be new, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging (box, pouch, protective coverings, etc.)
  • Show no signs of wear, impact, scratches, or deformation
  • Not have been in contact with water, perfume, cosmetics, or chemicals
  • Include proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email, or invoice)

3. Non-returnable products
We cannot accept returns on certain items :

  • Personalized or engraved items
  • Gift cards
  • Damaged, incomplete, or items without their original packaging

4. Return procedure

  2. We will provide you with the return address and instructions to follow.
  3. Carefully pack the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during shipping.
  4. Send the package with a tracking number (returns without tracking will not be accepted).

5. Refunds

  • If the product does not meet the conditions (worn, damaged, traces of perfume, etc.), no refund will be made and the item may be returned at your expense.

6. Exchanges
We do not offer automatic exchanges.
If you would like a different item or size, simply return the original product (under the conditions above) and place a new order on the website.
